Warranty Receipt Organizer
Android · version 1.0.0
A personal file for purchase dates, warranty length, and receipt photos. The cards stay on the phone.
Aefauld Line Atelier INC publishes this application. You type the purchase date and the cover length. The application calculates the end date from those two entries. It does not file a manufacturer claim, extend cover, or promise a repair. A store listing address is not printed on this site until it is public.

On the card
Each card is one purchase. A photo and a serial can wait.
- Item name, purchase date, and warranty length: 6, 12, 24, or 36 months, or a custom number of months
- Optional serial number, shop name, and notes. The shop name is text you type. There is no map and no nearby-store search
- Optional receipt photo, added only when you open the system photo picker. You can keep the card with no image
- A hanging tab such as Electronics, Home, Tools, or Other. You can rename a tab or add a local one. Deleting a tab moves its cards to Other
- A coverage line from the purchase date, through today, to the end date. That line is the date you entered. It is not a live claim status
- Local starter stubs you can change after copy: a kitchen appliance on the Home tab for 24 months, headphones or audio on Electronics for 12 months, and a power tool on Tools for 36 months. A stub is not a store offer
- Search by name, shop, serial, or cover state. Filter by tab or by Expiring, Covered, or Lapsed. Sort by days left, purchase date, name, or tab. One sort at a time. A pinned card stays at the top
- A local change ledger of edits on that phone, newest first. It is a history note, not a claim ticket
- Counts on the phone: cards filed, how many are expiring, tabs, and ledger lines. Those counts are not a claim score or an insurance rating
- Export through the system folder picker: a CSV table, with photos left out; a PDF with one page per card, and a receipt photo as an extra page when one is attached; or a JSON backup of cards, tabs, and settings
Left on the phone
Version 1.0.0 stores cards, dates, serials, optional receipt photos, tabs, the change ledger, and settings in the application private storage. It does not create an account, does not sync the drawer to a server, and does not send analytics. It does not show advertising and does not offer an in-app purchase. It does not read a receipt for you. The display is Violet file or Night ink. Lapse notices stay off until you turn them on.
- No account and no sign-in
- No upload of cards, photos, or settings to our servers
- No advertising and no in-app purchase in version 1.0.0
- No analytics or tracking kit in version 1.0.0
- The photo picker opens only when you tap attach. Camera permission is not requested when the application opens
- A lapse notice, if you turn one on, can remind you 7 days before, 14 days before, or on the end date. You can deny notification permission and keep filing cards
Remove a card
Deleting a card removes its dates, serial, and receipt photo from that phone. It does not cancel a warranty with a shop or a maker. Clearing all data deletes every card, tab, photo, and setting on that phone. Uninstalling the application removes its private storage. A file you already exported stays in the folder you chose.
