A session prep note is written for an hour that was agreed. It is not a public timetable of shop hours.
The note lists three things: the plain sheet to be read, the sample names that will be on the table, and the subjects that will not be discussed. The note is in force only after a date is agreed in a letter. This site does not print Monday-to-Friday hours, because none were supplied. A visitor who has not written first cannot treat this page as proof that someone is at the counter.
